*Note: If we did not replace existing ductwork, the HERS test is performed once and paid by the homeowner. If we replaced the ductwork and fail the test, we cover the re-test.

*A CAS (Combustion Appliance Safety) test is required for BayRen rebates and is paid separately to a third-party company.

Only 2 inspections are included. Additional inspections due to customer-caused failures may require an extra fee.

Inspections can be canceled without penalty up to 72 hours in advance.

What You Should Know Before Installation:

• If your electrical panel requires upgrading to pass inspection, this service is not included in our standard package.
• FUSE is not responsible for inspection failures due to panel upgrade requirements.
• If a structural analysis is required for equipment relocation (e.g., to attic or roof), this analysis must be provided and paid for by the homeowner.
• Final payment (100%) is due on the last day of installation. If payment is not completed on the same day, all discounts will be void.
