Materials Used
This installation was completed using high-quality components from our standard HVAC New AC Installation Package (MA2), including:
Goodman 14 SEER2 split air conditioner, single-stage
Horizontal evaporator coil (3 or 3.5 tons)
Copper line set (3/8" x 3/4")
Circuit breaker
Power receptacle (within 25 feet of the outdoor unit)
Service disconnect located next to the outdoor unit
PVC pipes and fittings for the condensate drain
Electrical wiring and conduit
Plastic pad for the condenser unit

Openings in drywall from prior installations
Stucco damage resulting from previous drilling
Drywall cracks caused by structural movement
