However, we use advertising and analytics technologies (such as Google Ads and Meta Pixel) that may “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the CPRA. We will process your request within the timeframe required by California law (generally no more than 45 days, with one possible extension). We may contact you for additional details needed to complete your request.
Verification Process
To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests (such as access, deletion, or correction). This may include confirming information we already have about you, such as:
- Phone number;
- Email address;
- Recent service history.
We will never request unnecessary sensitive information for verification. Opt-out of sale/sharing requests do not require identity verification.
Authorized Agents
You may use an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide proof of authorization and may ask you to verify your own identity directly with us.
Non-Discrimination
We will not deny services, change prices, or provide a lower quality of service to you for exercising your CCPA/CPRA rights.
