Technician was helpful and patient. He made sure that everything was thoroughly inspected. My ac unit had ice buildup and he was unable to complete the diagnosis, so he came back the second day to complete the job without charging another fee.

The service technician did a great job working through the problem and coming up with the solution. The convection coil in my Gaggenau oven had burned out and needed replacement. In order to replace the coil was more complicated than anticipated. But with perseverance the problem was solved.

Fuse HVAC installed a new heat pump system in my home and did a fantastic job at an honest, fair price. I asked them to include some specialized, hard-to-find sound-reducing hardware, and they made it happen–even though it meant extra time to order the parts and additional effort to install. After the installation, a California Title 24 energy-compliance rater inspected the work and said it was the best system he’d tested in the past three months. That kind of objective feedback says a lot. I liked how Fuse approached my project. When their team reviewed my existing setup and talked through options for the future, they came across as slightly nerdy and capable engineers with high standards–not quick-witted salespeople.
