What a Standard Preventative Maintenance Check Includes

Visually inspect all system elements, including the thermostat, controls, electrical components, and connections.
Thoroughly test the thermostat and controls.
Evaluate the capacitors and replace them if necessary.
Remove any contamination from the system.
Check the Freon charge or refrigerant pressure, if required.
Inspect the relay and contactors.
Replace fuses if needed.
Clean or replace air filters.
Clean the condenser coil.
Replace worn-out belts and pulleys.
Thoroughly inspect the ignition burner assembly.
Examine the amperage and inspect electrical components and connections, replacing batteries if necessary.
Perform a detailed inspection for carbon monoxide leaks.
Inspect motor operation and lubricate the motors’ bearings and moving parts.
Examine the fan motors, blowers, and blades for proper airflow.
Inspect the cabinet for leaks and ensure the cabinet door closes securely.
Inspect drain lines for proper flow and clear any clogs.
Check all limit switches.
Inspect the combustion system.
Verify gas pressure.
Check for gas leaks and flue gas passageways.

Came back when the part arrived and quickly solved the issue. The only thing keeping this from being 5 stars was the price to fix was more expensive than I had anticipated.
